Dated: June 12, 2005

This is to inform all resellers and customers that we have migrated all non 204.* IPs to 204.* IPs that are directly owned and controlled by us. The migration has been done to ensure better IP Security to us and our customers and because the old IPs provided by Level3 are going to be terminated by Level3 very soon (in an on-going dispute with them).

All resellers who have signed up prior to December 21st, 2004 have got new reseller DNS IPs. They are requested to update their name servers at their registrar immediately New IPs can be viewed from E.Manager > Server Aliases.

New Shared and dedicated IPs have also been assigned which can be view in your CP. Those using 3rd party DNS services are requested to update their A records. Our mail server IP has also changed to 204.14.107.1. THose using 3rd party DNS must also update their MX records.

We have gone through a very intensive non-stop 24x7 4 day marathon migration excerise. There has been almost no downtime except for a few issues with Win6 during the process. We thank our customers for their cooperation.

Level(3) is scheduled to deactivate 900 of our Old IPs on Monday Afternoon. We are fighting to keep the IPs up for another week and our laywers are also working to see if there are any possibilities. To avoid any downtime due to discontinuation of the old IPs, we request the cooperation of both our resellers and customers in making the requisite changes.

From Sunday morning, we will begin calling all affected resellers to personally inform them about the change and ask them to make the changes if they haven't.
