Is there a Tel # for Tech Support???

My site is suffering some serious issues in relation to the MSSQL db apparantly. It just started timing out last night.

I opened a few tickets got a few initial responses, but have received a response to my last ticket comment since about 7 hours ago.

Can someone supply me with a tech support number..i tried the toll free sales and keep getting a busy signal.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Because at the moment, we do not find it economical to offer toll-free for support. Our packages are pretty low-priced as such and offering toll-free support on top of that would add to the costs we have to pick up
 
It's usually standard business practice for sales lines to be toll free. You want it as EASY as possible for potential customers to become customers. I understand from a customer standpoint that it would be nice for a tech support line to be toll free as well - but from a business standpoint it's not usually profitable...and after all - business is there to make a profit...
