Is Win VPS much better than shared hosting?

It has many features but you need to understand how to use them, we are there to help, make recommendations, and via management tickets help you to configure and prepare your server.
It has ram and hard drive guaranteed, something that is not available on reseller plans, however larger resellers use far more RAM than this just because of the fact that their sites/accounts can spread the load across many, so it has a few ways to look at it there.
On the other had it puts you in control of the servers in every regard, full trust asp.net, etc.
