Issues with the Support System

We are having issues with our support system. Tickets that were supposedly sent by email or that are reopened are not being registered properly and hence our staff are not able to get back to it in a timely manner

We are working on it and encourage customers to directly use the control panel to submit tickets. If they do not get a reply within an hour, bump it or go into Live Chat or give us a ring

We are sufficiently staffed to handle the support load
 
These problems seem to being caused by a new support system we are developing that integrated with hsphere.

We have temporarily suspended testing of that package till we can determine what exactly is causing these problems
