OK..when I trace out this domain and I got this :

Address lookup
canonical name xxxxxxx.com.my.
aliases
addresses 66.235.181.49

And when I reply your email, I got this :

Unable to deliver message to the following address(es).

<[email protected]>:
66.36.231.28 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [email protected]
Giving up on 66.36.231.28.

OK..My SQL Server connection problem solved but now my customer web site still facing DNS problem and when this DNS issued can be resolve?

The DNS issue is resolved. Tell your customer to waitfor 3 hours as the secondary DNS server updates. Tell him also to run ipconfig /flushdns during this period and check his domain. If it still doesn't come up, submit his website as a ticket

OK..3 hours from now fair enough but now one more website missing..I cannot login to CP..

How to submit the tickets?
