On November 12, the Indian festival of lights (Diwali) will be celebrated and it is a major national holiday here (of the likes of Chrismas,Hanukkah or Id). Since we are a company based in India, all our sales and technical operations will essentially slow down during this period as we will not be at our full staff strength
However, we will continue to remain staffed 24x7 during this period but our staff levels will not be adequate to meet the support load and hence our priority will be emergency tickets and phone calls. Non-critical tickets will be answered, but they may take much longer. Live Chat/phone will also be available but we request our customers not to use it unless of an emergency
This slow down will take place from 12AM to 12PM GMT Nov 12. We thank our customers for their cooperation
