Reseller Account - Free account setup help
Any Resellers who having problem setting up a new Reseller Account, can contact us for such help. We will do some of the basic things to have them up and running. 1. Creating DNS zone.
2. Server aliases.
3. Creating Child name servers/changing name servers - In case you register a new domain with JodoHost.
4. Creating Service Plan/account.
For this you contact sales or billing and setup the time when both you and support staff will be on live chat to complete the above. It generally takes less than 1 hour for this.
Domain will begin resolving within few hours (ie a domain registered through JodoHost). For an account we just did, Domain started resolving in less than 1-hour. This new Reseller has already started uploading his corporate site.
