Is there a series of knowledge base templates that we can upload into our user control panels?

Yes, this would be very helpful. I was looking on the P-Soft site and they seems to exist, but I think the JodoHost guys would have access to the info where we would not. Any chance of helping us out this way, Yash? It would be nice to be able to import a knowledge base with common questions and answers that we could each customize further to suit our customers' needs.

You can build your own knowledge base in the admin cp of your reseller account but I haven't found any knowledgebase template

There is one available from hspheretemplates.com, you can download it from here:

Yet, you need access to customers only forums to access it.

When I go there, I need to login. In the thread, they mention that only customers are allowed, which would be you guys, I presume.

I also briefly poked around at hspheretemplates.com and didn't really find anything.

Was there any follow-up on this issue? I'd really like to have something in the FAQ without having to pay a data-entry person for days on end to get a KB built.
