Hello, the website of one of my clients is offline since 4 1/2 hrs. I chatted with rinkesh and submitted a ticket but I didn;t get any response anymore about what is going on. :(

Please shine some light in the dark.

Could you please double check if you have all your files on the server.

This site is being hosted off our linux web server and as such, its a very stable server.

Seems your site was configured incorrectly by HSphere. Simply turn off then on web services for this domain
