Well we had this main url for the forums as a manually added vhost alias in apache, and when hsphere updates, it takes away this url as an alias.
The site was still working at support.jodoshared.com but down at the main support.jodohost.com
This was fixed shortly after it was noticed, but some of you may have noticed this "outage" of our forums that happened from that incident.
