loading BAK file

hey folks

i have a BAK file (13 MB), which i believe to be a backup from an MSSQL database.

how can i 'load' this into MSSQL and see what inside?

Install MS SQL 2000 or 2005 :D I tihnk Express edition will even do it for you.

its a binary backup, not a TXt sql dump, so it won't open with viewable text.
 
try making a DB of the same name, then doing a restore, from file, select the file, and hopefully it will pull up :)
