Mail Delivery

Hi,

I am experiencing the following problem:
I am running a UBB on my site which has the abbility to send an e-mail to a user if he/she has forgotten it. Well the mail has been send but it takes approx 100 minutes untill it has arrived at the requesting user. Beneath you can see the route:
Send at 20:21 recieved by 69.61.29.20 at 20:57 recieved by xs4all (isp of the requesting user) at 22:02

Why the delay?
