mail issues?

hi folks

on one of my domains, i'm getting complaints from users that they are not receiving some emails, and also not being able to send sometimes (ie the mail gets sent, but never arrives at destination).

i havent managed to get any real errors etc yet, but is there anything similar folks are finding?

this site is on win6.

just FYI, mail server is same for all servers.

I don't seem to be having any problems, I have been getting customer emails from both local domains (on the same mail server) and ISP domains a lot recently, and replying to them as quickly as possible.
