Mail Server Still Down

Task 'mail.relisol.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Since a few minutes ago I can ping it but still can access my email....

<edit>So the server is up but not working...
 
I get a different error when I use the ip:


Task '[email protected] - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) : 'Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ??RR unable to open that message'

Did the IP change again? My external DNS MX record is set to: 63.209.158.6

Can you and/or your team PLEASE create a list of people to notify when the mail server IP changes? I've had this same problem each time the mail server IP changes.

I obviously didn't receive it, so please let me know the address these messages are coming from so that I can whitelist it.
