Mail server's pop3/smtp timeout - resolved

Name servers of upstream are not responding currently. Due to this, you will face timeout on pop3/smtp connections. This will effect particular subnet only.

This is not really an outage, but the rDNS entries not responding at the upstream redirect for the nameservers is making the response slow. You may increase the conneciton timeout and avoid this, we hope to have an update on when their nameservers will be up soon.

Issue has been resolved. Their name servers have been started responding.
