Mail services have been stopped on mail1 to cleanup mail queue.
It has thousands of spam email in queue.
 
Mail service is up for past 10 minutes. Spammer's account has been identified and suspended. This issue was the cause of a mail delay issues noticed today by customers using this mailserver.
