mail2 listed on mail-spike

mail2 is listed on mail spike. I don't know if mail-spike is a major rbl list or not but I've had 2 customers having issues sending mail via mail2 due to the mail server reputation

We have sent IP delist request to MAILSPIKE-BL. Please raise a support ticket with the mailbox or domain name for which you are facing issue. We will investigate the same and do the needful as soon as possible.
 
Ticket was lodged prior to posting on the forum 3 days ago. mail1 and mail3 are still listed with mail3 listed on 3 lists but mail2 is now off the lists
