mail8 has been experiencing problems recently due to its degraded RAID array. The replacement drive didn't work correctly either. To avoid any further complications, and to maintain service levels, we have planned an immediate migration to a new hardware that we already have setup and ready. Data copy is already done, and just need an update to the latest.
We plan to do the change to new server on Friday, 6 August 2010, 8:30 PM EDT (UTC-4)
 
We are syncing to get the latest copy of mail data on to new server, and then will proceed to switch services. This may cause a few duplicate mails.
 
sync was done and mail service is now running off new server. Kindly report any issues via a support ticket.
