Maintenance reboots through the night - for upgrades of backup system

We're doing a version upgrade on the backup system that requires reboots among several servers that may not have the latest asp.net versions installed on them. We'll be doing these reboots over the next couple hours and there may be time of 10-15 minutes down due to the applying updates process on the servers at shutdown/startup.
 
Well all's gone pretty well till the next to last here and we're in a reboot loop, get to start loading windows and back to rebooting hard. This is impacting Plesk SQL, and Win7 Cluster2 only.
 
We've got these servers PleskSQL and CL2-WIN7 moving to another node now as this one just won't boot into at all. Both copies show about an hour, so will be a little over if all goes 100% well.
 
both Plesk SQL and Win7 up now, but some IPs missing on Win7, we are loading them up!
 
All the maintenance is complete. Win7 all IPs are up for quite some time now as well.
