We recently discovered that our ticket system has been pulling email from the wrong mail server. As a result, many many tickets that were emailed to [email protected] were not actually received by us and thus explains why customers have not been getting responses in the last few days

We have corrected the same. Customers can resubmit their tickets on any outstanding issues if they have not received a response.
