I've recently had several instances of compromised e-mail accounts sending out spam.
Is there anyway - at the reseller level - to monitor email usage?
After getting the abuse email from Jodo I can see these are using several GB of Mail Traffic - I'd love to be a little more pre-emtive and follow up on all my accounts and check for high mail traffic, but I don't see an easy way to do this.
In once case, the Abuse email led me to an account I had not created (and the end user does not have access to their control panel) - so that was VERY disturbing. Lots of password updates on that account!
