Hello,
I created an account with a email plan but now the customer wants to upgrade to a Windows plan. How can I do this? Even when I group the plan with Windows Plans i receive this error: "No compatible plans available."
Can you please give me a solution to this? I do not need the typical "it's not possible". If there is a work around please let me know OR please propose something that can help (not something like: create another account, download your messages with Outlook, and recreate the email accounts in the new account)
