MSSQL1 service restart due to abuse

Someone is abusing the CPU on MSSQL1 to 100% and we are unable to trace it properly, the SQL Services are being reset to maintain services.
 
one user is having 257 active connections causing this, I am working to stop this and it should be in order.
 
Resolved but had to take this one database offline in order to stop it from happening, it kept coming back. Sending abuse notice now.
 
Just to confirm, after watching for some time, there is no continued problem since removing this database from being able to query the server.
