MSSQL4- A bit slow, some warnings sent - resolved

We will reboot MSSQL4 CL2 tonight for a quick maintenance to tweak the CPU settings and give it some 100% reserved cpu cores, as there is one really heavy SQL user, we have sent them a warning as using more cpu than all others on the server. However they are not keeping the connections slow, there was another db with multiple hundreds of connections clogging up the logins and we have to send them a notice and take the DB offline for the time being.

The reboot tonight will allow more cpu cores added, and needs the reboot to apply.

It is starting in 30 min about 11:30 Central Daylight time

It was only down about 4 minutes total for SQL services, and now upgraded from dual to quad CPU.
