it seems the ticket system is rejecting some mail with a bounce, Deepak is checking it now.

it came in there was an issue with the ticket system for a little while, one client mailed us an error and we resolved.

Your ticket is resolved too.

what was the sql issue?

pity about the mail issue - it caused the sql issue a 90 minute delay in resolving...

The database moved to a suspect state do to some errors from the previous server, I was able to repair and restore it for you.

there were about 11 DBs that kept saying suspect status on the old server, this was one of them, and the reason we moved servers.
