The previous restart done at 10am did not completely work and we have been unable to re-attach a database. Therefore another slightly longer SQL Service restart will be required at 11pm, it may be up to 6 minutes in time.
This is an unusual case and must be resolve ASAP, but at the same time it is only one database so we do not wish to restart the whole server and have an more extended maintenance period when it is not required to fix the matter.
