need to bump ticket

Could someone look at ticket JNS-53721-235
This customer site and 3 others have been up and down all day, continuous 500 status errors yet no reply from support and customer is screaming, in fact some customers sites have been up and down all week.

servers are web6 cl2 and web9 cl2
support from live chat have not been able to resolve the issue on web9 permanently

and now this and still no response to ticket
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

We have some issues with web6 and web9 which we are checking for the mysql if you can update your ticket with the error we can check it out. As we have not seen much of issue on mysql server.
