Negative balance

I have received a negativa balance notification of -$12.00 two days ago. I replied to your email asking for an explanation of such a charge. I have received no reply until now but another reminder of the negative balance. Please explain
 
Inka, You are using more Hsphere control panels allowed by ValueHost in $35/Mon fees. Additional CP is $0.50/Mon as you know.

This $12 charge is for 2 plans signedup by your customers for 1 year each. So ($0.50*2*12= $12).

BTW, Give me the date of mail you sent in this regard. I will check why it was not replied by anyone (if any).
 
Ravi, looks like he might have hit reply on the negative balance notice, and it might not have gotten to us at a standard inbox.
