Hi,
What is the MAX UPLOAD speed from VPS server?

I want to stream a live event that will last for 2 hours using Flash Media Streaming Server. I will set up everything.

The stream will be at 400 kbps, the audience is less than 100 online viewers.

can the VPS afford this?

The VPSes are connected to gigabit, and we don't cap it.

They are quire capable at upload/download speeds from all I have seen, even some clients have commented how fast they are able to upload and download.

From a personal 'report' on the issue I will say that in my usage of servers around the US with various providers, doing downloads from the MS site, linux orgs etc, that the speeds we are getting daily (this is downloads more than uploads, I don't do a huge amount of uploading on a normal basis), are better than we ever had in Miami at any point with dedicated server on any connection there, and faster than we have on the outside network this server is on for everything I have done :D
