it is required to upgrade the OS software in our Service routers and Switches; it will allow us to offer additional functionality to our customers, be better protected against security threats and support a broader range of Ethernet Standards.

There will be 2 working sessions during the maintenance window interval:
first window:
Starting on Feb 20th, 2010 @ 12:01AM thru February 20th, 2010
@6:00am

Second window:
Starting on Feb 21st, 2010 @ 12:01AM thru February 20th, 2010
@6:00am


The circuits listed below will be impacted 1 or more times during these working sessions, depending on the type of service, circuit setup and geographical location of the physical connection. each interruption might last several minutes, since the Network elements will have to reboot for the new OS to become active.

Now outside of all their maintenance windows and no more issues experienced during the night. There was a total of about 10 minutes during 3 short periods all over by about 3 minutes after my last post where I gave a text retype of their screenshot notice.
