For those of you who haven't noticed, we have switched over to a new java-based live chat system powered by LivePerson.
At times, customers have complained about the unavailability of an operator or disconnections while chatting. These were purely software issues with phplivesupport which has its limitations as a PHP based live chat system.
The new system is much more robust, SSL encrypted and will ensure that our support team is always available to chat whenever you need them.
