What is the virtual directory structure of our web space and what is the recommended location we should use to store db's et? thanks for your help. are there any primers available for the service?

C:\hshome\ftplogin for Windows 2003 servers (win1, win2, win3, win4)
d:\hshome\ftplogin for Win2000 servers (win5, win6)

I recommend you use relative paths.
Store your database in the root folder.
