No email for 4 hours!!

No problems and no delays here... I assumed you tried sending yourself a test email from both inside and outside the JH network to test.
 
Just a little more detail. Neiter I nor any of the other emails on my account are recieving email. I seem to be able to send without a problem.

I have tested all mail servers with no issue. I really need to know some domain or address to check, you can send me a private message.
 
Things seem to be dribbling in now. I will send a PM with the details.

As an aside, I tried twice to open a ticket an It never showed up in the ticket history list.

There was an issue with the local to local and remote to local queue caused by a spammer sending a very large amount of email. You will be getting all email in the next 30-45 min.
 
there is no issue now. (and has not been since about 45 min to an hour from your post)
