not getting ticket emails

i dont seem to be getting confirmation emails or reply emails from the ticket system.

am i the only one? and if not, can someone look into this pls?

Is it the same email address that you sent to the helpline from?

I believe I got one of the several helpline emails you sent and can verify the address if you can verify that is the one you send to the ticket system with. :)
 
yes, sounds like the same one - mtap***@act***.net.il

pls confirm receipt of 2 emails to support yesterday (and any answers Made for them since) - one to support@... and one to resellersupport@...

I am unable to email that address, I tried replying to you a number of times and it sends back with errors:

<m*****@a***.n**.il>:
64.1*.**.250 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for m*****@a***.n**.il
Giving up on 64.1*.**.250.

That is what happens when we try to email you.
 
Yes I got your reply, that is good to see, not sure where the last error came from, but I just copied it from foxmail(my email client)
