Number of domains in an account

Is there a recommended or maximum number of domains you can have in an account?

Also is that a recommended limit to the amount of mysql DB's or say Joomla installs you can have?

number of domains is not a matter just rememer on a reseller account the end user account can't use more than 33% of the resources.

right it can't use more than 33% as it is a reseller account and meant to have sub accounts.
it is to maintain equal server loads across multiple servers.

Just curious, what happens if one account uses more than 33% or is ste up with more than 33%? I have one that this could be an issue for with bandwidth but not disk space.

You are warned about it as soon as it comes to our notice and asked to take necessary action in a said time frame.

just for clarification, does this mean that it is ok to 'over-sell'....
...whereby, as long as the accounts don't actually USE more than 33%, it is ok for them to be allocated more than 33%?

for example:
In a 3GB(disk space) reseller account
-200MB used by service account
-resold domain A allocated 2Gig, only using 200MB
-resold domain B allocated 2Gig, only using 200MB
-resold domain C allocated 2Gig, only using 200MB
-resold domain D allocated 2Gig, only using 200MB

=8Gig "sold", though only 1Gig is being used

in this scenario, no additional charges would be incurred(presuming that the reseller account includes 3Gig)?
