One IP range down

One IP range on network is down and it makes jodohost.com and some other sites down due to it. We are working on it.
 
The IP range that is down is 64.187.100.0/23 which has 100 and 101 subnets down.
 
This has been happening for some time now but we are on the phone and working with routing engineers and peering trying to find out what is happening, we are not seeing any abnormally large incoming or outgoing traffic to cause any problems but we know that one peer is down.
 
We now know that the issue is coming because the peer is down and it keeps trying to go that way, and working to rectify the situation on the router.
 
ok new info, it is only affecting some people, on Atlantic broadband here in South FL it is fine, and on Bellsouth(mine) it is not.

all should be up now after working with the routing preferences and getting around this issue with a peer.
