Open SSL Error

I have this Error in a PHP page, script make a socket connection to a secure remote server and this msg appears "Error: establishing SSL connections requires the OpenSSL extension enabled".

I need help, and if this service error on the server or im my account ?

It depends on what server you are on as to the answer for this, windows, unix, what server on which service?
 
Resolved, enabled, and tested.

openssl
OpenSSL support enabled
OpenSSL Version OpenSSL 0.9.8a 11 Oct 2005

I don't know what can i say, but i have a script that used to connect to a remot server via sockects with ssl support.
It was working until or server win6 crash, but now it get a error message that "could not connect to the host ".

if this erro from SSL or from configurations or what ? it was working !!!!
