This is to reiterate JodoHost's strong anti-spam policy. JodoHost will not tolerate ANY form of unsolicited bulk emailing whether commercial or non-commercial. Bulk emailing is only allowed to a subscribed recipient list with a simple unsubscribe procedure provided. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the subscribed recipient list he or she has is updated and does not generate any complaints from recipients. This policy also applies to bulk emailing from external mail servers where the email sent advertises or links to sites hosted on our servers
On receiving complaints, JodoHost WILL charge an initial cleanup fee of $50 if our investigation proves that you are at fault. A second violation would result in a cleanup fee of $100 and permanent termination of your account. This announcement has been made due to the rise seen in UBE originating from our servers.
