Our Cerberus still not working

Since we opened our account our Cerberus has not worked. We are not able to create tickets for when our h-sphere and site studio are not working.

We will be moving away from the current Cerberus system and moving it into a read-only archive mode in the coming months as it is outdated but no clear upgrade path in the cerberus product line from the xSP product, we will then work to streamline all vps/SD/shared/reseller desks into one platform for unified support. Anonymous support will then be handled a bit differently and ensure proper anonymous replies better as well.
