Outlook 365 Desktop can't connect to the SMTP server

    Hi folks,

    I am trying to setup Outlook as the client for my new email in a domain I jut purchased and hosted with Jodohost.
    Settings:
    - POP Account
    - Incoming & Outgoing: mail@mydomain.com
    - Username myemailaddress@mydomain.com
    - POP3: 110; SMTP: 25
    - No SSL

    I've tried with SMTP authentication and without it.

    The account test can authenticate with the server but it cannot connect to the SMTP server.

    Any ideas?

    Your ISP is blocking port 25, it is very very common, use port 587 instead.
