Outlook Email Problems

I have read through about 10 forum posts, and tried everything they suggest. My current email address is shopmarket....com, my pop3/smtp server is mail...com. I have tried secure authentication, and none. I have tried my hsphere login and my email address. I can log into the email address at the hsphere email login. SMTP port is 587, POP3 port is 110. Outgoing server is configured to NOT require authentication. The errors are as follows:

Outlook could not log onto POP3 mail server because username and password were not accepted

Test email wouldn't send because outlook could not log onto outgoing mail server

Ok, let me give the reason, this happened because it is your service domain.

I also edited out the address so search engines won't pick it up.
