partial restore from incremental backup?

i need to restore (or, more precisely, retrieve for offline use) a subset of files from one of the incremental backups currently shown in my virtuozzo control panel. what's the best way to go about that -- I *do not* want to restore any of the files from the backup onto my vps. is there a way to simply ftp off the particular backup that i'm after?

You will need to send a ticket and I WILL need to check into this.
I know I can restore from incremental for select files, but I am not sure about changing the restore location.
