I have a client who is trying to get a 3rd party merchant account setup and they require this. I did a scan using this tool and 2 fails came up, both regarding plain text authentication. Where in PLESK 9 (I think thats the version I have) can this be changed? Is there any common setup regarding this with JodoHost VPS.

FTP may need ot be disabled or limited to known IPs.

POP3 doesn't support any encryption in the base version of MailEnable that comes with the VPSes.
