Plesk and virtuozzo unavailable from remote computers

I have a problem with my Plesk installation. A few weeks ago, I could no longer connect to Plesk or Virtuozzo through my browser (i.e. https://xxx.xx.xxx.xx:8443). But when I go to my VPS through Remote Desktop, I AM able to access https://localhost:8443 without problems.

I have an open support ticket for this (it got fixed by support, but went bad again) - but I just wonder if anyone has had similar problems or know what's going on? I have Plesk 8.2 on my VPS.

Update your ticket and we can check it again, it can happen if firewall rules get reset or several other ways.
