Port #s on DB servers - do they change?

Hi,

I need to get our firewall configured, so just to make sure...

MS SQL Server connects on 1433 and 1434
My SQL Server connects on 3306

I just need to know that they won't switch from those port #'s so that I can get our firewall configured properly. (e.g. MS SQL Server with named pipes, etc.)

If anyone knows, please confirm this for me.

I was able to connect to the JodoHost servers without making any changes to the default settings for ports.
