Possible Spam from my email address...

I just received and email that says it was sent to me from me and it is definitely spam. I am not sure if it is someone spoofing my email address or it is some sort of spam issue I need to worry about. I would appreciate any help.

Here are the internet headers from the message:

I wouldn't worry about it. It's easier than easy to spoof an e-mail address and that's probably what happened here. The message seems to have originated somewhere in the Netherlands.
