I know this going off topic, but you are in India, with the rest of the support team, right? Do you all work in the same office? And how is the US office working - ie - the support telephone number - is it just an answering service or actual support techs with full access to all your systems or what?
 
We are an Indian company and we are located in India. Our entire staff is located in India

The US number forwards to our number in India. And yes, I'm right here in India
 
If I didn't mention, we work through the system administrators at the datacenter (at Miami, Florida) during critical server problems as well
