Problems sending email from webmail interface.

I'm having problems sending email from the webmail interface with the error: reason: 553 sorry, your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list. When sending to an AOL account the bounce message is: 554 5.2.1 : (CON:B1) which is "The IP address has been blocked due to a spike in unfavorable e-mail statistics." We don't do mass mailings at all so this seems unusual. I would have opened a ticket bu the ticketing system won't accept my user id and password.

Any suggestions on how we can fix this issue?

You can send email at our support mail id "[email protected]". It will also generate a ticket id which you will be able to see in your mailbox. Please update us with the latest bounceback message with complete header. Please also mention your ticket system login detail in mail which you are using to login into Support Center. We will look into all the issues and update you back as soon as possible.
