I have a custom MSSQL database for a backend of one of my sites(online version is most current). I am wanting to use the same application and database for a new site, is it possible to request support to copy and rename the database rather than request a backup, download, upload to new domain and then request a restore?
I am not quite ready for it to be done, just inquiring on the best process.
