Query regarding Microsoft Exchange

Hi. I currently am using a gold shared account, and my client wants to install Microsoft exchange locally on his network. Since I am completely unfamiliar with how that works, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how (if possible) I can configure the jodohost email hosting to work properly with a local exchange network. Does what I am talking about even make sense?

As long as they have a Static IP and RDNS on their server, you can use a custom MX record to point back to them without a problem.
